With the aim of achieving near perfect ouput, Six Sigma employs statistical methods to detect problems and improve processes. By improving efficiency and decreasing defects, the quality and timeliness of product delivery improves, and with it, ideally, employee enthusiasm and confidence-and the company’s bottom line.
